Many fans, and the curious alike have been wondering what progress has been made into the investigation of the untimely death of Michael Jackson. According to a new report, the investigation of Dr. Conrad Murray is going into 2010.
People reports: "A decision (on whether to prosecute) will be made in 2010. It is not going to be made this year. Police are being careful, and consulting with other agencies including the state medical board and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, which will ultimately decide what charges to file, if any," Gannon says. He added: "We have taken our time with this to make sure it's done correctly."
