'Jon and Kate Plus 8': Jon Gosselin and Kate Major - lawsuits, Ed Hardy; host Chelsea Handler blogs

The possible lawsuit concerning 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' star, Jon Gosselin vs. Kate Major has been making headlines all week and has gotten the attention of many people, including talk show host, Chelsea Handler.

In a new blog - exclusively for E Online, Handler writes: "I don't know what kind of duties a personal assistant for Jon Gosselin would have to perform, but I assume it would involve several trips to the Ed Hardy store. This alleged "contract" was written on a cocktail napkin after some sort of weekend they spent together."

News broke this week that there was an alleged note where Jon Gosselin said: "I, Jon Gosselin, will employ Kate Major as a personal assistant," Jon wrote on the document dated July 28, 2009. Jon pledged that she could handle "some but not all future accounts" in a paragraph notable for its scratched out section." This is in exchange for Major's silence on their alleged relationship. Major is said to be considering pursuing a lawsuit against Gosselin for breach of contract.
