Rachel Uchitel, the woman at the center of rumors surrounding Tiger Wood's car accident, has hired famed attorney, Gloria Allred.
The National Enquirer posted a story Wednesday alleging that Woods has been having an affair with Uchitel, a New York nightclub hostess. Uchitel, in several interviews Saturday, denied the rumors of an affair with Woods.
"I met him twice and have not heard from him since," she told Us Weekly. "I did not have an affair with Tiger Woods...I don't understand why anyone would think this has anything to do with me."
Uchitel flew to Los Angeles Sunday to meet with Allred. She was surrounded by photographers as she left her New York apartment (see pictures below), and told them, "I wish I could say something but I can't."
Allred met Uchitel at LAX. Allred briefly commented, saying "At some point we'll decide what the next step should be."
Uchitel hired Allred to counter the allegations made by the Enquirer. Allred has represented many high-profile people, including Paula Jones in her sexual harassment case against President Bill Clinton and the family of Nicole Brown Simpson in their case against O.J. Simpson.
