Miley Cyrus' tour bus driver was killed when the bus he was driving overturned on a Virginia highway. Cyrus was not in the bus involved in the accident; however, she was part of a 4-vehicle caravan that was traveling to Greensboro, North Carolina for a concert.
Virginia state police said the bus overturned on Interstate 85, about 40 miles south of Richmond. Nine other passengers, part of Cyrus' concert production crew, had minor injuries in the crash.
Cyrus' manager told TMZ that, "It was one of our tour buses, but not Miley's. It was one of our buses that transported our lighting crew."
TMZ also reports that Cyrus' concert in Greensboro will apparently go on as scheduled for Sunday night. An employee at the Greensboro Coliseum complex said that they have been inundated with calls inqurring about the concert. and said, "The show is going on as scheduled."
An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the crash.
