Fans of the Duggars have a special treat in store tonight when they tune into 19 Kids and Counting. TLC has announced a live update of Baby Josie will air during tonight's show and who knows what will happen. As Jim Bob Duggar says, "There's nothing like live TV!"
Josie Duggar was due to arrive this week, but was born three months at Little Rock's UAMS hospital after Michelle Duggar suffered preeclampsia. Baby Josie has since been receiving care at Arkansas Children's Hospital.
The Duggar family has been renting a house in the historic Quapaw Quarter of Little Rock to be near Josie. The two older sons, Josh and Jon, are staying in Northwest Arkansas to take care of the family business and home.
On tonighit's episode, titled "Driving Miss Duggars," the oldest Duggar girls, Jana, Jill, Jessa and Jinger make a trip to their house in Springdale to check on things back home and visit with Josh, Anna and baby Mackynzie.
Tune into 19 Kids and Counting tonight on TLC, Comcast channel 68 in Little Rock, at 8 pm CST.

That was not the live episode that I was expecting. I thought they were going live on the very day of the show.
I'd like to know how much Josie weighs right now and when she is expected to go home.
I was hoping the update was Josie is home because Michelle was due around this time in March. My prayers are with this family everyday. Hope to see yall home soon.
I'm also a mother of a micro-premie born at 25 weeks. What a journey for our whole family and our daughter. She just turned 7 in February 2010. Praying for all your family to endure the roller coaster rides of ups and downs. Keep the faith and trust God. . May her journey be peaceful and may she fullfill her life's purpose. The words "LOVE CONQUERS ALL" keeps me in balance when challenges come our way.
Blessings to all especially Josie
