The ladies on The View had President Obama on the set today and they had plenty of questions to ask him, according to USA Today. Obama on The View will air Thursday, July 29 th at 11 am. The President most likely left with his head spinning from the ladies on The View who have a tendency to pop off questions one after another without coming up for air.
When Obama was asked if he would be attending Chelsea Clinton's wedding, he joked about too many secret service members needed with two presidents at the same place. He said all the secret service people would be getting in the way of the quests.
That wasn't enough info for the ladies on The View, they wanted to know if he and Michele were invited. NO- President Obama did not receive an invitation to the closest thing we have to a royal wedding in the US.
Obama's exact answer to - Where you invited to the wedding? Was- “I was not invited to the wedding,” he said. “because I think Hillary and Bill, properly, want to keep this thing for Chelsea and her soon-to-be husband.”
He agreed with this line of thought and said that the Clinton family will not be coming to his daughters weddings either. ( Wow, he really does plan for the future)
Hopefully Obama uses The View interview to work on bringing up his approval ratings. Quinnipiac University in Connecticut reports that in July Connecticut approvals were low in the state. Connecticut voters approve 50 - 44 percent of the job that President Barack Obama is doing running this country.
