Heidi Montag's size G cup breasts are interfering with her everyday life and she regrets having them blown up to such a large size. The humongous chest of Montag's gets in the way of exercise and hugging her dogs, so she wants to down grade to a D or Double D size cup instead, according to the website She Knows.
The 23 year old has had over a million dollars worth of plastic surgery done on not only her breasts, but other parts of her body as well. The famous Hollywood plastic surgeon who did Heidi's plastic surgeries, Dr. Frank Ryan, died in a car accident a few weeks ago, so she will need to find someone else to fix her painful breast implants.
Heidi reports that she needed pain killers because her breasts become painful just doing every day activities. but they did not "mute" the pain so she stopped. Heidi, claims she loves to work out but it is impossible with "my size boobs".
While in Costa Rica this week with her husband, Spencer Pratt, she is reportedly shopping for a new South American plastic surgeon, and it looks like she may have found one by the appearance of her nose in a recent picture. She has her nose bandaged.
Heidi and Spencer have filed for divorce, but chances are this was just another publicity stunt. The two have many joint ventures together including the recent news of Heidi's sex tape being negotiated for release through Vivid Entertainment.
Heidi and Spencer contacted a Connecticut night club at Foxwoods Casino a few months back while looking for a location to shoot a reality show they were producing. The club, called the Shrine at Foxwoods, didn't just say, "no thank-you", they made it very clear that "they wanted nothing at all to do with the show", according to PopCrunch.

Poor Heidi. I think she's just unhappy. Hope she finds true happiness with herself someday.
I have to agree with Heather. Having never done more- until now- than scan the headlines of stories involving her, I still genuinely feel sad for her as a person. What a waste of a life, and I'm afraid she knows it.
