Matt Barnes Twitter page talks domestic violence arrest - Cleveland fans glad Cavs didn't sign Barnes
Matt Barnes' Twitter page at http://twitter.com/matt_barnes22 is getting more and more followers in the wake of his recent arrest for domestic violence charges.
Police say the arrest of Matt Barnes were due to suspicion of domestic violence against a woman he lives with, and all of us watchers of Basketball Wives know that Matt Barnes lives with "ride or die, that's what's up" Gloria Govan.
"DON'T LET YOUR EARS WITNESS, WHAT YOUR EYES DIDN'T SEE!!!" reads Matt Barnes' latest Twitter page update from around before midnight Cali time.
(Don't know why Matt Barnes linked off to a place showing his location in that same tweet?)
Anyway, fans are already reacting in their own Twitter page updates about Matt Barnes' arrest, and some are glad he didn't come to Cleveland:
"Somebody tell Matt Barnes this is the Lakers and not the Cavs. We about championships...not scandal," wrote BrianONEALThomp on Twitter.
Cavalette23 tweeted, "So glad the #cavs didn't get Matt Barnes and he didn't bring his drama to #cleveland *blessing in disguise*."
I guess I don't blame Clevelanders for reacting this way -- some are still getting over the LeBron James and alleged Delonte West drama.
