Right on the heels of Toni Braxton's financial woes and health problems comes more bad news from Essence.com, which claims Toni Braxton and her husband, Keri Lewis, formerly of the group Mint Condition, are separating.
Say it ain't so for the singer and her husband, parents of a son who was diagnosed with autism shortly after Braxton appeared on The View and cried about the diagnosis.
Tom Joyner's Black America Web goes one further to speculate -- as does Wendy Williams in the below YouTube.com video -- that perhaps Braxton's sexy kiss with 25-year-old Trey Songz in the below video pic after they sang "Yesterday" at the Soul Train Music Awards with Braxton's husband in the audience was the straw that broke the marriage's back.
But the 2009 Soul Train Music Awards performance -- which airs Sunday, November 29 at 9:00pm EST on both CENTRIC and BET-- was scripted, say others, and may not have been what contributed to the reported split.
Trey Songz, who had his own Twitter drama with blogger Sandra Rose recently, has a pic of Songz and Toni Braxton up on his site here, and fans are reacting in the comments section to this seemingly passionate-looking kiss:

I love toni and I think that her and her husband should work it out.
I think good for her hell alot stars be kissing down on stages why everyone making a big deal about Toni and Trey. I think there was trouble in the marriage before the kiss. If it wasn't they wouldn't have split so quick after all the time they've been together 8yrs.
