Shaquille and Shaunie O'Neal split
TMZ announced Cleveland Cavalier Shaquille O'Neal's wife has filed for a legal separation. Shaunie O'Neal abruptly took the kids and flew to California to file for a legal separation.
Shaq's representatives believe it's all about the money. The O'Neal's reside in Florida but Shaq's wife filed papers in L.A. although Shaunie has only filed for a legal separation to date she's stated she intends to file for divorce listing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason.
TMZ also reported on Shaunie's flying to California to file with the reasoning being a spouse usually does alot better in the spousal support department there. Shaq's wife is seeking spousal and child support with no specific dollar amount reported to date. The couple have four minor children and have been married for almost seven years.

A spouse should have to file for divorce in the last state that the two parties held residents. If you are going to live a state with someone for whatever the benfits are, you should also have to accept the whole package the stae offers.
Shaunie grew up in Los Angeles, and her parents are there. THAT'S why she picked up and went to LA and filed.
The emails between Shaq & Gilbert Arenas' fiancee were leaked on Thursday afternoon while Shaunie was still in Orlando. Sheleft and went back to LA over the weekend.
