Rod Stewart wants to be an octo-dad too
Access Hollywood reports that Rod Stewart is wanting to join the ranks with Jon Gosselin and Mel Gibson in the "Octo dad club".
The 64 year old singer announced that he is hoping to have his eighth child with his current wife 38 year old Penny Lancaster.
Rod Stewart didn't shy away from letting it be known "Yes we're trying,[laughing] we actually tried last night! One more and were going to close the office." The couple already have a four year old son together.
Rod Stewart's previous wives include Alana Hamilton and Rachel Hunter.
