Racael Ray helps city in Ohio
The Associated Press reports that Rachael Ray,the television cooking star is helping out residents in a struggling Ohio town by boosting the food supply.
This past Saturday Rachael Ray brought to the town of Wilmington , Ohio's soup kitchen the gift of new soup kitchen appliances and furniture along with the promise to supply the kitchen with the next years supply of food.
Wilmington still feeling the devastating effects from the departure of DHL Express and the Air park Operation that left 15% locally unemployed. Ray took it upon herself to give the gift of kindness and food to the struggling residents.
The Food Network hosted a Thanksgiving feast on Sunday for the community. Rachael Ray will feature the good will acts on The Rachael Ray Show on November the 25th.
