Access Hollywood reported court records showing Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson is seeking an allowance from his late son Michael 's estate.
Joe Jackson's attorney filed for papers on Friday seeking a stipend, saying there is no reason for the estate to deny an allowance for the 81 year old Jackson family patriarch.
Michael Jackson's will stated only for money to paid to his mother,his three children and the charities that the late popstar had indicated.
Michael's mother Katherine receives $26,000 a month and his three children receive $60,000 a month for their care and support.
