Reality mom Kate Gosselin and the TLC Network are currently being investigated concerning the child labor laws surrounding the Gosselin sextuplets.
Thomas Murt, the Representative Of the state of Pennsylvania is now looking into the validity of the work permits that were issued to Kate Gosselin's 6-year old sextuplets. Congressman Murt recently brought to attention that children under the age of seven are permitted to work in films but not on television.
"It appears that those work permits were granted even though the law does not provide for them," claimed Rep- Murt.
Interesting enough it seems to appear that there were not work permits obtained by the former 'Dancing With The Stars contestant when the first TLC reality show 'Jon And Kate Plus ' was being filmed.
Cassie B of Cincinnati commented"Why is this just now coming out, what about all the problems that both Jon and Kate Gosselin has had with TLC, this doesn't make sense that now this congressman would take an interest in the children's well being. There has to be something else doesn't there."
The future of Kate Gosselin's new reality show with TLC is now on the line and according to Gossip Cop the site contacted Kate Gosselin's representatives but were denied any comments concerning this subject.
