Access Hollywood reported that Brandi Cibrian has filed papers in the Los Angeles county Supreme Court seeking spousal support from soon to be ex- husband Eddie Cibrian.
Brandi stated that her monthly income was none and she has $39,963 in monthly expenses for her and Eddie's two son's Jake and Mason. Brandi said her mortgage payment is $11,942 dollars a month while they spend at least $4000 each month eating out.
"Eddie has paid nothing outside of the household bills and has not given me access to the bank accounts,she continued he has hardly seen the boys they are with me 90% of the time. Brandi also went on to reveal that Eddie makes $60,000 an episode for his role on "CSI:'Miami'.
The couple separated after 8 years of marriage.

Yes, I think that's extremely high. She's asking for more thank half, and if she spends 90% of her time with the kids, then why does she need a full time nanny.
