Singing sensation Carrie Underwood has been reported by Showbizspy.com as this year's choice for kicking off the big game by singing 'The Star Spangled Banner.'
Carrie Underwood will join an impressive list of previous National Anthem singers such as Billy Joel, Diana Ross, Neil Diamond, Beyonce and fellow Idol pal Jennifer Hudson to name a few.
Carrie Underwood was most recently in the news having announced her engagement to hockey player Mike Fisher and is reported to be planning a small low key wedding.
