Paula Noonan is a long time observer of the Colorado political scene. She ran for state senate in 2006, and currently is a member of the Jefferson County Schools Board of Education. She is a principal with ColoradoCapitolWatch.com, a website that tracks the state legislature, all bills, legislators, and votes. She's also worked as a corporate consultant, educator with the University of Denver and Jones International University, and director of corporate training for a large regional bank. Paula has a BA from Cornell University, MA from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver. She covers the state capitol and legislators through Colorado Capitol Watch. She and partners are developing new, online advocacy platforms for associations and individuals to promote their issues to governmental entities across the nation.
