The Conaway family dynasty (travesty) has struck again! A reader sent me the following email with photos of the area next to the JFX North Avenue on-ramp:
"They have the van parked on the grassy triangle on the northeast side of the 83N on-ramp. I saw a couple of people in bear suits cavorting. See the attached photos, shot with my palm-sized camera from the window of a moving car. It's a circus out there."
The photos can be seen here and here.
Somehow the people of the 40th district and beyond continue to elect these people because they know their names. If voters took a little time to look beyond the funny signs, vans, slogans, and costumes, they would learn the disturbing truth.
Go down to Druid Hill Avenue in Druid Heights and look at the "cute" Conaway bear sign on front of the liquor store with guys hanging out in the doorway. The Conaway's don't give a darn about where they place their name as long as it is visible. It says a lot about who they are. They are basically endorsing the culture that is killing their fellow citizens. The Conaway family represents the worst of the status quo in Baltimore. They thrive on the political ignorance and apathy of the voting population. They are a sick gimmick that the majority of people in the 40th district and West Baltimore keep falling for decade after decade.
How did the Conaways get permission to park their vehicle on the grass of a JFX on ramp?
Check out Frank Conaway Jr.'s INSANE book on Amazon.com (click on the "surprise me!" button). It is an absolute disgrace that this man has been overwhelmingly elected to a seat in the House of Delegates. Those who voted for him should feel ashamed. This family is an embarrassment to Baltimore.

I am dumber for having read the cover and the description of that book. Thank you for that... can I have my 5 minutes back?
You mean the Conman family. They have everyone bamboozled too. They need to be voted out of office the whole family and baby bear too. They have done the people of Baltimore and their district a great disservice.
Dude--
This is the second time you have talked about this van in the last 6 months. Your eye for detail is lacking. You can clearly see "ConawaysforBaltimore.com" emblazoned on the van. Both times after reading your posts about the van, I went to the site. It doesn't exist. They are pretending to have a website to look cool, but in reality their constituents don't care much for websites anyhow.
Great point! I did not notice that. It used to work:

I love all the trash around the bears in the pictures. Especially the mc'dees bag in the foreground. It's like the conaway bears just ravaged the area for food and threw all the trash on the ground. Oh wait, forgot this is baltimore. SO ironic.
*correction: I believe it to be a KFC bag. More appropriate
If you told me that that book was written by a narcissistic, psychopath on hallucinogens it would all make sense. That is actually scary, that is some messed up stuff. Now I see why my neighbors decided to move after seeing these antics. This isn't funny or cute.
I dare anyone to read even a page or two of that book. Not only are its concepts completely moronic and insane. I can't get over the "creative" use of punctuation and grammar. I knew things were bad in this town, but this is totally unexpected and more shocking.
