This is pretty embarrassing. My friend Robert reports that some parking meters in Harbor East have been broken for at least a month. People are getting ripped off by these broken machines. This is not good news for locals or tourists.

I am not even considering sending my grandsons to public school I have set up fund that will pay for their private schooling even after I leave here. If their parents don't apply for funding they can still go to the school. I've had several relatives that worked for the school system, but got out because of the politics and that they had to pay union dues for a joke union. Robert and Alan I am sorry that you had to feed money to the broken parking meters, but everyone has to do their part to pay for SHE,Lies lawyers. So what if they rip you off for some time on the clock, think of it as a two minute drill in football, can you get the job done, before the clock runs out or in the case of Baltimore, you car gets towed. Then we will see you on the new episode of "Baltimore Parking Wars" compared to the Philthydelphia Parking Wars on cable.
