Ignorant, or naive, or just plain stupid?

Allan is all of the above. All his silly bluster is just an angry rant; a lament that people are not as full of hate as he thinks they should be, a lament that people are not willing to stereotype an entire group of people by the actions of one sick individual.
For a religious nut who loves to flaunt Jesus, Allan shown no signs of Christian charity or compassion, just an ugly desire to promote his brand of racist hate.

Still have your head up your tail I see, eh billy bob? Only an idiot would sterotype an entire group of people via the actions of one individual. I've never done such a thing. Your accusation is ridiculous. However, only a bigot would castigate an individual because he is a Christian. So, if the shoe fits . . . Finally, off the wall accusations of racism put you on par with Janeane Garofalo, another intellectual giant. And the only things I hate: evil and stupidity.

Oh no, you're both naive and ...
Oh for fear that the Feds might choose a homosexual to lead the Boy Scouts in homeland defense units....hey how about Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar, I believe either one of those men could have proven you the wimp.

    Joseph:

You know very well the line was no reflection on homosexuals. It was a reference to the government's interest in forcing the Boy Scouts of America to violate its own policies under the tyranny of political correctness. It continues to amaze me how Leftists routinely fail to recognize their own despotic and oppressive tendencies, blinded as they appear to be by their fervent promotion of private agendas. How about just leaving the Boy Scouts out of both Napolitano's mad schemes, and your private preferences? Otherwise, what say you about Hasan, Ft. Hood, and Islamic terrorists? Homosexuals don't fare well in Islamic countries. Ahmadinejad says there are no homosexuals in Iran. That's because they hung them all one assumes. But Christians are the homophobes? I see.

hmmm..clearly an opinion not a journalistic excerpt but I have met Muslims who are just plain full of hate and those full of pure love, I have been called racist names in US but did consider it the view of all Americans.

I think we can defeat hate through education and love. Religous leaders need to focus on spreading the messages of Love instead of division

TRINI is right! Love is kind, and sometimes love is tough. Love is not the complete avoidance of everything harsh. Speaking the truth in love can often sound harsh but it is an act of love nonetheless, keeping in mind this definition of love:

Love is seeking the highest good for the object of your affection.

    Does this sound harsh?

"If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"
