Troops on the battlefield to receive "Sensitivity Training"

You're not even old enough to buy a beer, far from home, and there are some rather nasty people out there in the hills that want to kill you.

Solution? Very simple - find them and kill them first.

Put a round through their head, shove your K-Bar through their rib cage, call in a mortar strike, rip their Adam's Apple out with your bare hands... whatever it takes.

Welcome to the world of your average Marine Corps enlisted man.

Training Is Continuous...

One would think that the training our troops get, especially when assigned to a combat zone, would reflect both mission accomplishment and what it takes to come home in one piece.

You know -- marksmanship, IED recognition, immediate action drills, stuff like that.

Marines are funny that way.

Barack Obama's Own Military Experiences Shine Through...

So guess what topic of training that Team Obama has deemed oh-so-important for our combat troops in Afghanistan?

Sensitivity training for gay and lesbians in the Armed Forces.

As reported by the Washington Times, the senior US enlisted man in Afghanistan, Sgt Maj Marvin Hill, US Army, has stated; "we’re going to execute that training right here on the battlefield. No unit is exempted."

Hill sent on to say, "Our goal is to not allow a unit to return to home station and have the unit responsible for that. While we own those soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines, we’re going to execute that training on the ground."

He also said, "We hope that it will have little impact on their combat and security operations here."

Well, well, well. Allow me to be the first to tell you, Sarge... you can hope in one hand, deficate in the other. Which one do you think will fill first?

Hope away to your heart's content.

Chesty Speaks...

In the words of Marine Corps legend, Lt. Gen. Lewis Burwell "Chesty" Puller;  "Let's be damn sure no man's ghost will ever say: 'If my training had only done its job.'"

X amount of time will be devoted to LBGT sensitivity training instead of tactics.

Could that one or two or ten hours of wasted sensitivity training mean the difference between even one of our troops coming home alive or in a zip-lock bag?

Well, this is what you wanted, America. This is what you get.

This Is YOUR Marine Corps, America...

By the way, Cpl. Jones is a Supply Clerk.
