What exactly is the Obama Administration dropping coin on?
From the National Institute of Health (that's a government organization to you and me), here's the title of a taxpayer funded study -- "The Association Between Penis Size and Sexual Health Among Men Who Have Sex with Men."
As reported by Fox News;
"Gay men with 'below average penises' were more likely to assume a 'bottom' sexual position, while those with 'above average penises' were more likely to assume a 'top' sexual position.Those with average penises identified themselves as 'versatile' in the bedroom."
I'm starting to get a better idea why we're $14 trillion in the hole (no pun intended... well, yes it was).
