Obama passes on throwing out First Pitch at National's home opener

The man who had time to appear on "The View"...

The man who had time to appear on ESPN with his NCAA basketball brackets...

The man who shot more rounds of golf in his first year as president that Dubya did in eight full years...

The man who decided to attack Libya without so much as even discussing it with Congressional leaders...

That same man has decided to pass on throwing out the ceremonial First Pitch of the Washington National's home opener this Thursday.

Without citing a reason why the Chief Executive is blowing off this honor, the Washington Nationals simply stated on their website that;

The Ceremonial First Pitch of the 2011 season will be thrown by the following five flag officers representing each branch of the military:

•Vice Admiral Michael Vitale of the U.S. Navy
• Major General Karl Horst of the U.S. Army
• Lieutenant General Richard Y. Newton III of the U.S. Air Force
• Lieutenant General Terry G. Robling of the U.S. Marine Corps
• Rear Admiral Paul Zukunft of the U.S. Coast Guard
