Democrat Frank Lautenberg, the senior US Senator from the Garden State, recently was the featured speaker at a pro-abortion rally sponsored by Planned Parenthood.
The learned gentleman from Paterson stated;
"Planned Parenthood is under attack by Tea Party Republicans who have put their extremist ideology above women’s health."
The pro-life counter protesters responded by telling the Senator;
"Shame on you, Lautenberg."
The long time pro-abortion lawmaker shot back with;
"These people (referring to the pro-lifers) don’t deserve the freedoms in the Constitution."
Apparently looking upon himself as the dispenser of Constitutional Rights, Lautenberg added;
"But we’ll give it to them anyway."
The CBS affiliate from nearby New York City reported on the event, but somehow... miraculously... didn't spill a drop of ink over Lautenberg's Constitution comments.
