If you thought the last Christian church ransacked and desecrated by Islamist conquerors was Constantinople's Hagia Sofia, guess again.
Even back in the 15th century, Islam had every intention of converting St. Peter's Basilica into a horse stable for the Ottoman cavalry.
And that dream didn't end half a millennia ago.
Even present day, al-Qaeda tells us;
"We shall break the cross and spill the wine ... God will (help) Muslims to conquer Rome ... (May) God enable us to slit their throats, and make their money and descendants the bounty of the mujahideen."
Does anyone else recall those hundreds of thousands of anti-al-Qaeda Muslims who took to the streets and proudly proclaimed to the world "not in my name!"?
I don't either.
But I digress, from Serbia's ERG.rs news portal (via Jihad Watch), it's being reported that an Orthodox church in Kosovo has been turned into public toilet by the majority Albanian Muslim local population.
It's also being reported that;
"[Serbian] authorities will insist on EULEX (European Union Rule of Law Mission) and KFOR (NATO Kosovo Force) establishing mechanisms for the effective protection of the Serb spiritual and cultural heritage, in order to prevent new incidents."
They have better luck waiting for the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom to be celebrated in Hagia Sofia.
