Britain surrendered sovereignty, now must keep criminals

Commentary

Would you like to have a convicted heroin and coke dealer living next door to you?

How about someone who is not only a convicted burglar, but has also been found guilty of communicating a threat to commit murder?

That's exactly what Abdisamad Adow Sufi and Abdiaziz Ibrahim Elmi have been found guilty of.

OK... and?

It turns out these two Somalian less-than-stellar performers were arrested, tried and convicted in Britain for the aforementioned crimes, by the way - which were committed on British soil.

For once, British authorities utilized some common sense and attempted (the key word here is "attempted") to deport these maggots right back to their homeland of Dungheapistan.

Oh, but our lil' story has a few twists in it.

Turns out Sushi and Elmo, or whatever their names are, ended up airing their menstrual discomfort to some judicial abortion better known as the European Court of Human Rights.

It turns out that our two convicted criminals are worried that life in Goatturdistan just might not be all that pleasant, so they're suing the British government to allow them to stay in the UK.

Without fail, the European Court has overturned the decision to deport, stating;

'The court reiterated that the prohibition of torture and of inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment is absolute, irrespective of the victims' conduct.'

'Consequently, the applicants' behaviour, however undesirable or dangerous, could not be taken into account.'

Not content with rubbing Britain's nose in it, the European Court, ordered the UK to pay these two clowns;

"£12,500 and £6,700 respectively for costs and expenses in bringing the case."

Unfortunate for the law abiding people of Great Britain, the human carnage that could and was caused by Sushi and Elmo was never taken "into account".

Remember, these two scum weren't sent to prison for missing choir practice.

Oh, now there are over 200 more thugs like Sushi and Elmo who will be taking their complaints to the Euro Court.
