It turns out that Politically Correct-induced stupidity isn't solely an American liberal raison d'être.
Great Britain, arguably our nation's strongest and staunchest ally, is deep within the throes of mutating from a World Leader to just another back-water Third World Socialist Nannnyocracy.
Just imagine Albania sans the really cool accents and Pippa's smokin' hot derrière.
Case In Point:
According to The Daily Mail, citing low morale and the pending defence cuts, Britain's Ministry of Defence (MoD) will be offering 500 Officers an early out, "voluntary redundancy" in Brit-speak, but almost 1,000 have applied.
Even though there are only 25 slots for Colonels to pull the plug, 52 have applied. That's never a good sign.
And to make matters worse, 6 Brigadiers and 48 Majors are also willing to leave early. Again, never a good sign.
What could be the final nail into the coffin of British military professionalism, the British Army is reportedly set to lose "a considerable number" of senior Enlisted Leadership. The sign just fell off the fence post.
So why the low morale for the British Services?
Besides an op-tempo that's through the roof, the government has decided to cut the MoD budget by 8% over the next four years.
Two Snapshots - Same Conclusion...
According to UKPublicSpending.co.uk, the British government spends £40 billion on its military.
The same government spends £116.2 billion on welfare.
Oh, and in a separate article, The Daily Mail is also reporting that 155,000 illegal immigrants are costing the British taxpayers ‘tens of millions of pounds’.
Don't laugh, America... we're doing the same thing.
