In March of 2009, troops of the 2nd Battalion, Royal Anglian Regiment returned home to Great Britain from a combat tour of duty in Iraq.
Thousands of decent, hard working and patriotic British citizens of all races, colors, and creeds were there to welcome the heroes home.
Also in the crowd were members of something called Muslims Against Crusades (see video, left).
Member of this Islamist group carried signs that stated "Anglian Soldiers: Butchers of Basra" and "Anglian Soldiers: cowards, killers, extremists."
This was the catalyst for young Stephen Lennon take a courageous (and ever so politically incorrect) stand against the the Islamification of his Sceptred Isle.
Lennon (who has also gone by the pseudonym of Tommy Robison due to death threats) now leads the English Defence League, whose mission statement clearly rejects all forms of racism, bigotry and prejudice.
And in spite of British police being accused of covering up Muslim crime in London, it's Lennon who's arrested for allegedly committing common assault during a march earlier this year in Blackburn, England.
Amazingly enough, Lennon was charged with assaulting a police officer last year, but the charges were dropped after is was announced that "new evidence emerged".
I've searched and searched... but I can't quite seem to find what exactly this "new evidence" happens to be.
If anyone happens to know what the Court has stated this new evidence is, I'd sure appreciate it if you'd pass that information on to me.
Personally, I think this enigmatic evidence is nothing more than the self-loathing, politically correct weenies running that nation now realize that much like the one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest, they haven't got a leg to stand on.
