This hour, Democrat Harry Reid is falling even farther behind rival Sharron Angle in the polls, according to poll results announced by Bill Hemmer of Fox News. This is a major break away for Angle. Although the lead is slight, well within the margin of error of the polls, this is the first time that Angel has had more than a one point lead.
The latest poll results in Nevada:
- Sharon Angle(R) 49%
- Senator Harry Reid(D) 46%
Fox asked about two of the most prevalent issues concerning the candidacy of both Reid and Angle:
Had Reid been in office too long? 56% said Yes
Was Angle too extreme? 53% said Yes
One interesting tidbit emerged in the poll - Angle's supporters are growing more confident in their support for her. In the last poll, two weeks ago, ten percent of her supporters felt wishy-washy saying they might have a change of heart about Angle; now, only four percent could be swayed.

Now I'm not saying that this is the case, but maybe, folks are figuring out that big government and big handouts mean big debt, unemployment. As a former resident of Reno, the area is a mini-America. You cannot shut down local economies and replace them with federal projects and get away with it.

This will eventually lead to overpopulation, water shortages, energy disruption and loss of environment. Even now water is in short supply in California and other border states. We are bringing in endlessly a cornucopia of profit for businesses that employ illegal nationals, without any obligation to paying for their health care, children's schooling and welfare. While Americans are still writhing from the bank bailouts, with the financially institutions placing rigid restrictions on offering loans or mortgages, the Democrats are underhandedly enacting amnesty laws, instead of enforcing the 1986. You still have time to bombard your Senators or Congressman 202-224-3121 before November and warn both parties that you intend to vote-out any pro-amnesty lawmakers.
