NRA's new anti-Kagan speaks softly but delivers a big wallop - a bulls-eye character assassination - that directly links to Sonia Sotomayor, and indirectly, to what is perceived as President Obama's agenda to disarm America.
It has a "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me" theme focusing on labeling the testimony of Sonia Sotomayor, during her confirmation hearing, as merely the art of political deception - a lie and trickery - designed to carry out Obama's perceived plan to undermine the Second Amendment of the Constitution.

Clip of Sotomayor: Like you I understand - that - how important the right to bear arms is to many, many Americans. In fact, one of my godchildren is a member of the NRA; and I have friends who hunt. I understand the individual right fully that the Supreme Court recognized in Heller.
Soft-spoken Narrator: That was Sonya Sotomayor before she was confirmed to the Supreme Court; and now Sotomayor ruled exactly the opposite. Sotomayor joined an opinion that would have erased the Second Amendment from the Constitution. It said that nothing in the Second Amendment states that the right to bear arms is a fundamental right for all Americans.
Nothing? She said one thing, she did the opposite. Now another Supreme Court nominee from President Obama is making promises.
Clip of Senator Leahy: Is there any doubt after the court decision of Heller and McDonald that the Second Amendment of the Constitution secures a fundamental right for an individual to own a firearm and use it for self defense in their home?
Clip of Elena Kagan: There is no doubt, Senator Leahy. That is binding precedent entitled to all of the respect of - of binding precedent in - in in any case. So that is settled law.
Soft-spoken Narrator: We've heard that before. Call your senator Tell them not to fall for the same trick twice. Tell them to vote no on Elena Kagan.

This new NRA ad aims to the heart of fears that no less than Second Amendment rights are at risk if Elena Kagan is confirmed as Obama's second Supreme Court Justice of the United States. The similarity of the testimonies of both Sotomayor and Kagan, each stating that the Second Amendment of the Constitution is settled law - paired with Sotomayor's quick betrayal of her testimony - is especially condemning.
Not a shout, but almost a soft whisper, pointing to Sotomayor's testimony, allowed the malignant power of Sotomayor's lie to speak for itself - effectively assassinating the character of both Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. The invisible target of the ad was to furthur the perception that President Obama's anti-gun agenda intends to disarm America citizens.

This is a classic case of Kagan and Sotomayor saying whatever they have to in order to be confirmed.
Kagan is Obama's "mole" just as Sotomayor is. They'll do his biding, nevermind the constitution, what's that?

The fact that this administration is chocked full of every brand of the most radical Marxists, Socialists and Communists is the most openly un-reprted information that exists.
Were it not for the media in this country, the left would have absolutely no power at all. Because they do what they do and do it well and without accountability, we have damn near lost the country to them. Because of the schools, we've lost the kids.

Well you're right River, I agree it's blatant, but only for those willing to pay any attention lol..
I guess by mole I just meant, that they (Kagan and Soto) put on a happy constitution/face( pun intended) and do/will do the complete opposite of what they're claiming they'd do in confirmation hearings.
And what's that anyway, except a huge dog and pony show....

I fear yet another justice will retire thereby giving Obama unbridled control of this nation's highest court.

Why is anyone surprised? This is typical. Our government and courts are full of two-faced liars, who indeed will say anything to gain control. They are all bought-and-paid-for puppets of the rich, elite puppet masters he11 bent on transforming our country into a socialist/fascist kleptocracy. This has been going on for decades behind the scenes, they needed only to gain the reins of legislative power, which they did with the election of Øbama. The US Constitution? It is a 'flawed and constrictive' document according to Øbama's own words. He aims to change it.
They have been filling the state and district courts for years (look at the 9th Circuit). Now they have taken the Federal government, and are working on the Supreme Court ~ once they accomplish that goal, you can kiss your freedoms and liberties goodbye.
