Black Panthers racism: Obama defiles Martin Luther King death and voter rights legacy (video)

"It's a staggering outrage... Martin Luther King died to help people to vote," said Civil Rights Attorney Bartle Bull  to Megyn Kelly, anchor of American Live for Fox News . Speaking of how Obama's lack of action to protect voters from intimidation  defiles the death and legacy of  King, Bartle despairs that "The President of the United States, Mr. Obama, has violated his oath of office to enforce the laws of the United States because he's not enforcing the voting rights act - which he swore to do..."

Of  attacks on the integrity of Christian Adams, a former DOJ attorney now exposing what he describes as secret racist DOJ mandate, "that no voter intimidation case, is going to be prosecuted, from this point forward, if the defendant is black and the victim is white."  Bartle says such a mandate evidenced by handling of New Black Panthers case, denied by the Obama administration, would be against everything Martin Luther King fought and  died to prevent.

"Voter intimidation... Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy did not die to have uniformed thugs blocking the doors of polling places with weapons. And for the first time in our lifetime, the  national administration is protecting the abusers instead of the voters" stressed Bull candidly putting forth , "I didn't like Obama from the beginning. I thought he was a hustler; and I think he still is."

tumblr visitor stats

When people risked their lives to vote in Mississippi, Bartle was there. "I have the same agenda I had in 1960 in Mississippi, the same agenda I had in 1968 when I was Robert Kennedy's New York campaign manager, the same agenda  I  had when was  Jimmy Carter's New York campaign manager, and that is to have decent and intelligent government and fair voting all over the country, "  explained Bartle while holding a treasured gold medal given to him by Senator Edward Kennedy in 2003.

Bartle  added "It leaves us in a terrible situation where the government is deciding what laws to enforce based on its political opposition  in the next election. And I think this next election will be very dangerous because all of those illegal ACORN voters are still on the rolls all over the country, and now we are going to be intimidated from challenging  their  false votes."

He says  finally, "...publicity is very important because the light of day does not encourage this kind of behavior. But, the real problem is that we now have  hundreds of thousands of  illegal voters who are registered or are being registered right now  and they're intimidating the challenges to those votes in the future".

As the White House continues to deny this even merits their attention, public opinion must  shine the "light of day" on the New Black Panthers case to assure  voter intimidation doesn't prevail in Elections 2010.

Obama  must answer  with justice to a mandate, now tainted with racism,  denying white voters the same voting protections provided for black voters. America must not allow this flagrant  New Black Panther violation to King's legacy to defile the dream that drove  King's life, the dream he died for - every citizen's right to vote free of  intimidation.

As  King so eloquently stated, "...we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt."

Dev, how true your article is!! This is NOT what MLK stood for. I am sure he is turning over in his grave at the vile, hateful, militant, racist words and actions of these morons! They are not furthering the ’black’ standing in society, just the opposite. MLK would be appalled! “Martin Luther King died to help people to vote”, yes he did, and these idiots are defeating MLK’s life work.

Now, as for Øbama and his administration ~ their true colors are showing. Øbama has indeed violated his oath of office.

BRAVO! to Bartle Bull, Megyn Kelly, Fox News, and Christian Adams for stepping up and speaking out ~ exposing this racist, fraudulent administration for what it is!

The 2008 election was ripe with voter fraud, and I fear Nov. 2010 and 2012 will be also. As Bartle pointed out ~ "all of those illegal ACORN voters are still on the rolls all over the country"...and if the "Chicago Machine" is not forced out of business, all the fraudulent tactics used in 2008 will be in full f

    Hi Deni,

I'm so very proud of Bartle Bull, Megyn Kelly, Fox News and Christian Adams for speaking out, doing what's right - especially in face of progressive ire.

Bartle nailed it when he points out the dangers to the freedom of American elections - now jeopardized by a network of agencies/activist groups determined to win any way they have to register an illegal voter.

Americans e'where must help make sure that this violation of Martin Luther King is stopped cold. If the glare of publicity is key, then we must spread the word.

There is no better place to scream until we are hoarse than on the internet - a public forum that is now surpassing the bully pulpit in power and reach.

    (Thank you, Al Gore).

Actually, Deni, there is a reason FOX News continues to lead the pack in viewership - truth.

    Recently, The Washington Times, wrote,

“Where is the New York Times? Where is The Washington Post? Where are CBS and NBC? A whistleblower makes explosive allegations about the Department of Justice; his story is backed by at least two other witnesses; and the allegations involve the two hot-button issues of race and of blatant politicization of the justice system.”

    I repeat! Where are they!?!?

I agree Dev! Fox has led the way for reporting the truth of what is happening in our country! As you pointed out from the Washington Times, the rest of the MSM is MIA!! They have definitely lost all journalistic credibility. They are nothing more then socialist/progressive/liberal mouth pieces and puppets!

    Yes Dev,

I was reading about a documentary called "We Will Not Be Silenced". The documentary describes “the disenfranchising of American citizens by the Democratic Party and the Obama Campaign… ‘Change’ from Chicago encouraged and created an army to steal caucus packets, falsify documents, change results, allow unregistered people to vote, scare and intimidate Hillary supporters, stalk them, threaten them, lock them out of their polling places, silence their voices and stop their right to vote.”

Martin Luther King would be so proud, huh?! Not to mention our Founding Fathers! Øbama and his minions are making a mockery of our Republic, destroying it from the inside out!

It goes on to say ~ (talking about the main stream media...)

“Teachers, professors, civil rights activists, lawyers, janitors, physicists, ophthalmologists, accountants, mathematicians, retirees… discuss how their party has disenfranchised them, and how, when they saw and reported multiple instances of fraud, everyone turned a blind eye. Rather than support and protect the voices and votes of its loyal members, the DNC chose to sweep this under the rug by looking the other way.”

During the election the Hillary campaign issued multiple press releases in an attempt to publicize these events and bring them to the voter’s attention, but to no avail. The main stream media, like the Democrat Party leadership, had already chosen their candidate.

They willfully ignored the worst election abuses in a generation and allowed an immoral and unworthy man take control of this great nation.

Slowly and inexorably we are watching our country turn into something we won't recognize as the U.S. when they are through if we don't make them accountable now.

I'm afraid the 2012 elections will be fraught with violence if this is ignored. ACORN and the Black Panthers will do everything in their power to steal the election for Obama. If they are allowed to get away with this behavior, that's as much as telling them they are above the law. Shameful!

    From dear Bud~

    Subject: Thought of the decade

Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way you can

understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic. Someone over

there has it figured out. We have a lot of work to do.

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of

entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to

limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the

necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate

willing to have such a man for their president.

The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Obama, who is a

mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools

should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him

their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after

all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools

such as those who made him their president."

Well, I guess Snoopy needs to get back into his post as Precinct Election Judge. He runs a tight ship, follows the law to the letter and makes sure everyone involved follows the law to the letter.

About the Black Panthers starting in Dallas, Snoopy didn't know any but there's a lot of things that he doesn't remember from those days (lots of good drugs and hazy days). However, I found this on the web:

October 1966, Huey Newton and Bobby Seale formed the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense in Oakland, CA - however, there was a Dallas Chapter started in 1970. The FBI infiltrated it and closed it down. Then they went to Denton. Here's the link:
