Aetrex Worldwide Inc. unveils its new women’s collection, Berries, featuring innovative technologies in fit and flexibility in a variety of exciting colors. Aetrex Worldwide is recognized as a world leader in athletic, wellness and comfort footwear and orthotics as well as footcare technology. While that does not sound like a background for fashionable shoes, I think the Berries line is a nice inclusion if you want comfort.
“There is nothing like these shoes in the market today”, said Larry Schwartz, CEO, Aetrex. “In many ways I feel that this line is the culmination of our unique and very diverse background in this industry. We’ve combined spandex, memory foam and mozaic customization with colorful, fun fashion to create an extraordinary line of women’s footwear.”
Berries consists of Clogs, Slip-Ons and Mary Janes that are available in 9 current colors. The uppers are made primarily from spandex and memory foam that naturally conform to your foot, without any pressure. No worry about the "pinch" that we can sometimes get from our "pretty " shoes.
The color palate includes lavender and orange as well as rich burgundy, teals and olives.
All shoes in the Berries collection will have an MSRP of $99. In addition to Berries, Aetrex will be introducing several new styles of comfort casuals for men and women, wedges and new performance runners and fitness trainers, including a line of Toners, a la Sketchers Shape Ups and Fit Flops. To be honest, Aetrex's line of Toners are cuter than both other company's line.
Aetrex is also working on a line of heels. While heels does not seem like what an Orthotics company would make, the technology and structure used make for a line I can't wait to slip my feet into.
