Plastic surgery for the stars

In a recent article in People magazine about Heidi Pratt, she chronicles her recent plastic surgery makeover.  This piece is more like reality compared to other plastic surgery stories I hear in the media.  Heidi Pratt did get her surgery from a board certified plastic surgeon, which is very important for anyone considering elective cosmetic surgery whether your in Beverly Hills or Baltimore.  Further, Mrs. Pratt underwent many procedures simultaneously.  This is okay as long as it's cleared by your plastic surgeon and your medical doctors.  Combining too many procedures may increase your anesthesia risks as well as prolong your recovery.  It appears as though Heidi underwent chin surgery, liposuction, browlifting, and lip augmentation among others.  Cosmetic surgery is safe and effective, and it's not just for the stars.  However, make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon before even considering having anything done.  Also, be careful when you read about plastic surgery for the stars, as many stories may not tell you all of the details or even be truthful for that matter.
