Despise, loathe, scorn. If any of these words come to mind when you think about the Phillies biggest rival, the New York Mets, then this piece of cotton is right up your alley.
Tom Robinson, a graphic designer and freelance Met hater, came up with this simple, yet bitter poke at the misfortunes of Mr. Met and his team. “I wanted to come up with a shirt that really hits hard my point of disliking the Mets,” said Robinson. “And, we all know they choked the last two seasons, so it was that easy to come up with.”
The t-shirts sell for $10 a piece and you can contact Robinson directly if you too want in on the fun. Get them while they last, because Robinson says they have been going fast. “After printing up these shirts, it’s easy to see how many Mets haters there are around here."
