It is a fact that pets are becoming more and more a part of their owner’s lives and in many cases, members of the family. Often this sense of inclusion extends to vacations, business trips, visiting family and any other out of town trip that people may take. While many pet owners prefer to use boarding facilities or pet sitters, increasing numbers are choosing to take their pets with them. There are articles readily available discussing traveling tips and tricks (for one of these articles, click here); this article seeks to offer a list of and links to facilities in the Cincinnati area that are pet-friendly.
*The Westin Cincinnati ($110)-Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. There are no additional pet fees, but dogs are not allowed to be alone in the room. When making an online reservation, type “I am bringing my dog” in the section titled “Special Requests” in the “Optional Information” section of the booking form.
*LaQuinta Inn and Suites Sharonville ($55)-Dogs of all sizes are allowed. There are no additional pet fees, but dogs may not be left unattended and must be quiet, well-behaved, leashed and cleaned up after.
*Towneplace Suites Cincinnati Northeast ($89)-Dogs are allowed for an additional one time pet fee of $100 per room. When making an online reservation please type “I am bringing my dog” in the “Comments” box in the bottom of the online reservation page where your payment is entered.
*Residence Inn Cincinnati North ($99)-Dogs are allowed for an additional one time pet fee of $75 per room. When making an online reservation please type “I am bringing my dog” in the “Comments” box in the bottom of the online reservation page where your payment is entered.
*Best Western Clermont ($66)-Dogs up to 15 pounds are allowed for an additional one time fee of $10 per pet; the fee is $20 for dogs over 15 pounds. When making an online reservation please type “I am bringing my dog” in the “Additional Comments and Requests” box in the first section of the online reservation form.
*Sheraton Cincinnati North ($109)-Dogs of all sizes are allowed. There are no additional pet fees. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the room. When making an online reservation, type “I am bringing my dog” in the section titled “Special Requests” in the “Optional Information” section of the booking form.
*Holiday Inn Cincinnati-Eastgate ($91)-Dogs of all sizes are allowed for additional pet fee. When making an online reservation, just type the following in the Comments section on the reservation form: “I am bringing my dog.”
It is worth noting that there are several other pet friendly hotels in Cincinnati; just inquire when making reservations as to breed/size restrictions and fees.
