Meet Bardo.
He was found running scared in traffic. The good samaritan that finally caught him said he was great in the car. The minute Bardo went from the street to the car his expression turned from fear to relief and gratitude.
The shelter staff tracked Bardo's former owners through a micro-chip. Bardo waited cold and alone through the holidays for them. They never came. They obviously had no idea what a gem they had. This dog is special, truly special.
