Over the past few weeks, quite a few names have been thrown into The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn's potential director pool, and of the big directors suggested for the job, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse star Peter Facinelli seems to have a particular affinity for the idea of Gus Van Sant helming the fourth installment in the Twilight series.
In a recent interview Facinelli did with ABC News Radio, he talked about the reasons why he'd like to see Van Sant take the post - namely, that he enjoys the director's former films and wouldn't mind heading back to Portland to close out the series.
His Twilight co-star and on-screen son Robert Pattinson has also discussed the idea of Gus Van Sant directing Breaking Dawn.
