Well, with a heaping one and a half million followers (give or take), Peter Facinelli has been listed on E!'s Top 20 Tweeters of 2009, and he could win best.
Facinelli is up against the likes of Ashton Kutcher, John Mayer, Kim Kardashian, Kirstie Alley, Lindsay Lohan, Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Shaq, Neil Patrick Harris, and MC Hammer.
