The Howard County Cat Club will hold an adoption show from noon-3 p.m.
on Sunday May 10 at the Highland Groomery in Highland, Maryland.
Among the cats at the show will be some senior "kitizens" and special
needs cats hoping to meet their forever families.
The Howard County Cat Club is a registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit no-kill
cat rescue. The organization provides free cat behavior consultations by
email, helps people rehome cats they can no longer keep and shelters a
limited number of cats who have absolutely nowhere else to go.
Potential adopters at the show will be asked to complete an application,
sign a contract and pay an adoption fee. The adoption fee is $125 for
one cat and $150 for two. All of the cats are neutered/spayed and have
current vaccinations.
The Highland Groomery is located at 13401 Clarksville Pike, at the
intersection of Routes 108 and 216, in Howard County, Maryland.
