I don't believe this article one bit ! Nor do I believe the owner's values ! I took my dog there and I'll never step foot in there again ! Poor Bella, she's scarred both physically & mentally. I worn all potential customers to look into their groomer's ethics before subjecting their babies to such torture !
I love Danielle and she does an awesome job- I have both a large and small dog and she treated them both so well. Poor Bella above must have issues to begin with (or the owner does). I highly recommend Pampered Paws and have been going there since she opened!
i would never come here again, just because the last (and only time) i brought my dog here, she was badly cut on the leg by one of the groomers. we weren't told of how bad the cut was until we saw it for ourselves at home. it took almost 4 weeks for the cut to heal completely. The lady made it seem as if the cut was no big deal. my poor dog had a very deep cut. i do not suggest coming here.
