How much would you pay to own a piece of memorabilia from The Twilight Saga: New Moon movie? Or to have lunch with a supermodel? Or to have a private yoga session with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons? Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi are hoping you're willing to pay a lot. As chairpersons of Farm Sanctuary's "Peace for the Animals" Holiday Auction, the celebrity pair are hoping to help raise thousands of dollars to protect and rescue farm animals from abuse.
From now until December 15, the public can visit the Farm Sanctuary page at CharityBuzz.com and bid on more than 50 auction items, including:
- Volturi crest from the set of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, encased in a presentation frame and signed and authenticated by director Chris Weitz
- Private dinner party with actress Ginnifer Goodwin and author Rory Freedman for you and FIVE of your friends, with food prepared by vegan chef Tal Ronnen
- Personalized lab coat belonging to Emily Deschanel from the hit series "Bones" and cast-signed DVD
- Dinner with Congressman Dennis Kucinich
- Lunch with supermodel Tatjana Patitz
- Two VIP tickets to taping of The Ellen Show
- Training Day script signed by Academy Award winner Denzel Washington
