Last night's exciting Super Bowl XLIV may be the most watched sporting event in American television history, according to early reports. And that's a good thing for advertisers who paid nearly $3 million for each 30-second slot to air their commercials.
There were lots of clever commercials this year, from David Letterman's surprise commercial with Oprah and Jay Leno, to the little kid who slaps a grown man for ogling his mom and eating his Doritos. (Watch all the Super Bowl 2010 commercials at CBS.com.)
Doritos had another commercial involving a clever dog wearing a shock collar and a guy with a bag of Doritos. Funny? Mildly. But dog lovers will note that a shock collar is an ill-advised training tool to curb unwanted barking, and chips are not the best treats for dogs. (Besides a possibly upset stomach, the orange food coloring will stain your dog's tears.)

GOOD DOG!! Now who is the dumb one!! That will teach him to try to be cruel to an animal!! I wish every one of the abusers out there could learn there lesson in this manner..kinda like an eye for an eye.. instead of just a slap on the wrist they get from most judges!! I think my favorite snack is "Doritos" now! Thank you for a very entertaining commercial, & if you are like me, an animal lover, a learning lesson as well!! All you nasty people out there who are mean to animals...WANT A DORITO??
good for the dog
