King questioned, "Do you remember doing it?"
"No," Brown answered.
"You don't remember doing it?" King inquired further.
Brown’s mother Joyce Hawkins and attorney Mark Geragos (pictured above) also appeared during the hour-long interview.
"He came and he actually spoke to me about what happened," Hawkins commented on her reaction when she found about the incident. "And I was totally shocked, totally upset about the situation.”
Hawkins went on to tell King that her son never revealed such violent behavior before,
"Chris has never ever been a violent person... even in high school," she added.

"I let her know that I was very, very baffled, what had happened and apologized for my son, along with I'm so sorry what happened to you," Hawkins added. "And I didn't know what -- I didn't know what else to say, and I gave her a hug and she hugged me as well."
Despite the months of emotionally straining legal proceedings, public speculation and gossip reports in constant rotation, Brown declared he still loved Rihanna, remaining quite solemn about the next phases in their respective lives.
"I never fell out of love with her. That just wouldn't go away," he said. "I definitely would be affected by it, but at the end of the day, I mean, we're not together, so if she's happy, I'm cool," the singer said.
