Today history is in the making as we induct Barack Obama as our 44th President. Not only is Obama bringing change to this country, but I believe it is important to recognize his accomplishment of making daily physical activity a part of his lifestyle.
According to recent press, since election night, he has not missed a daily workout, he is building a basketball court in the White House, and he tries to get at least 90 minutes of cardio and/or strength training in on a daily basis.
The President Of the United States is the busiest and most stressful job in the world. Let Obama's priority to exercise inspire us to lead a more active lifestyle. Heck, if the President can set aside time to workout, we all can!

GREAT article and great points. With his schedule it makes me sure feel like a lamer for not hitting the treadmill as often as I should.
The Hartford Fitness Examiner did a great job on this topic a week ago, definitely check it out
