Exercise of the week: medicine ball woodchop

This exercise can be done with any size (weight) of medicine ball. It is an excellent exercise for increasing strength and flexibility in the core as well as a great sport-conditioning exercise.  Do 1-3 sets of 10-15 reps each side, in a slow, controlled manner.
