How To Wear Short Boots

I'll admit it.  I was a little afraid of short boots. Booties. Shorties. Ankle boots. Basically all of the above.  I didn't have a clue what to wear them with.  But the more I looked... it seems there isn't much you can't wear with them.  And there is no shortage of short boot styles!  Best of all, you can wear them all year round.  In the pair them with layered socks and in the winter throw on some tights.  Even open toed booties look great with colored tights.
