Michael Kors, acclaimed American fashion designer of women's sportswear and judge on Lifetime's Project Runway, will be opening a store in Canal Place. According to the Shops at Canal Place website, the store is expected to open by the end of December, on Level 1 of the mall.
Kors' designs have been sold at Saks and other New Orleans department stores and retailers, yet the Kors store will feature pieces from both the Michael Kors couture line and the more affordably-priced MICHAEL by Michael Kors retail line.
