A holiday gift from Miller Lite: Free rides on Saturday nights

Chicagoans looking for a way around the CTA’s recently increased $2.25 bus fare won’t have to rely on their own two feet to get them from one holiday party to another this fall. Instead, thanks to Miller Lite, revelers can catch a free double-decker bus ride on Saturday nights.

The free rides will be available between 8 p.m. and midnight, starting tomorrow – November 21 – and ending on December 26. Service also will be available and increased on New Year's Eve into New Year's Day, presumably to accommodate the crowds of people out on the town to usher in the new decade.

North to south, the bus will stop in Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North and the Loop.
