The Obama housing plan is absolutely ridiculous. As a disabled person, I could not afford to buy a home after housing prices took off. To think that if I had bought above my means the government would have paid my mortgage makes me now feel like a jerk. — Rob

Santelli! Why don't you cram it? I had myy mortgage paid of for 7 years in 2003. In Las Vegas we were bombarded with TV adds stating"do you have equity? Is your home run down? Remodel,remodel and watch your home double or triple in value depending on what remodeling you do. Well, I fell for it! Problem was I did not realize our former "DECIDER BUSH" had signed the P4P agreement five days before 9/11 in which he appropriated $400 billion dollars to place 5 million Mexican immigrants in home by 2010. In order for this to succeed he completely changed all the laws in Fannie May , Freddie Mac and all the banking regulations. Problem with the immigrants is they had no identification and it took to long to get it legally. So Bush made it legal for all U.S. Banks and lending orginizations to accept the "mexican matricular consular cards" as a legal form of identification.These cards are printed in Mexico and they will not accepept them in Mexico to open bank acounts because you cannot prove the holder of the cards true identity. Over 100 faith based orginizations were created to help the immigrants open bank acounts and obtain mortgage loans. If they paid their loans on time their % rate and payments dropped every year they stayed in the mortgage. I would have like to have a loan like that!From 2001 to 2003 Wells Bank opened over 500,000 bank acounts. By 2004 over $30 billion a year was being wired into Mexico. It was Mexico's second largest income behind their sale of oil.When I went to take out equity on my 40 year old home the best fixed rate I could get was 8.5%. However,the ARM loans were readily available! The fine pring was impossible to read and you only had about 30 minutes to read it.Depending on the amount of remodeling you done you would soon have a great loan to value ration and could get a decent fixed rate on refinancing. B.S.! About one year into the remodeling project I discovered that ALL BUILDING MATERIALS had now jumped 6 to 8 times the cost due to the fact almost everything was going to IRAQ to rebuild thier citys that we had destroyed. I'm 66 years old and have always paid my bills on time. When the economy went into the tank (which was planned by the Federal Resserve). We lost almost $2000.00 a month in take home pay.This entire situation was planned by Bush's real boss the private banking cartel which owns our currency (FEDERAL RESERVE) SO DON'T WHINE ABOUT BAILING OUT PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT THINGS THEY COULDN'T AFFORD!!
If this plan doesn't go through and thousands of small business's start going under because they are in predatory (loansharking) loans then you butt will also be hurting!

A lot of people are mad.... and now the door and window has been opened for them to start speaking. What is the next step? How long until this transcends political boundaries and is not partisan anymore?
Lets try it again! As long as a private banking cartel (FEDERAL RESERVE) owns our currency nothing will change. Everything is going as they have planned for the last 96 years. In 1913 when J.P.Morgan and John D. Rockefeller put their differances aside they formed the federal reserve and employed the federal government as their partner. All they crerate is debt. If every debt were paid off today there would be no money. Their meetings and minutes are kept secret even from the government. If you google "current owners of the federal reserve" you will all see what I mean. We need a U.S.CITIZENS FEDERAL BANK now. Also google "money is debt" and watch the video. You may learn something!

Rick, I commend you. I applaud your tenacity in a time when the liberal governmental forces will target and persecute any opposition. You are a true American. Next, I'd like to see you go a step further. You've opened Pandora's Box. Now consider becoming one of our leaders. The American people need a good leader. Heck, we need a leader, period. President Hussein Obama is leading us into shark infested waters and the only ones with a kevlar suit are the liberals. Socialism does not work. The poor in this country believe what he has to say because it sounds so good to have an "organizer" lead them out of poverty, but in turn, they will give up their freedoms, one at a time. And because they're ill-educated, they don't realize the trouble they're getting themselves into. Someone like you has the education and experience and foresight to see the warning signs. I do hope you can find your way to a leadership position in our government. And please.........continue with your proclamation like refusing to pay others' mortgages. Many of us need to know that our thoughts are shared with others.
