Last year there were rumors of an American version of the hit UK television show Top Gear. A pilot for the show was filmed and then everything just seemed to fizzle out after that as the show was soon canceled.
Now the show seems to be back on track and 10 episodes are slated to air on The History Channel this upcoming Fall. There has been an official video trailer released announcing the shows arrival. Details are still sketchy right now but the hosts of Top Gear USA will include Tanner Foust (professional racing driver, stunt driver, and television host), Adam Ferrera (actor and comedian) and Rutledge Wood (race analyst).
I for one am excited to see some American muscle displayed in the trailer of the show. Hopefully it will live up to the success that the UK Top Gear has had.

Looks terrible.
Those shirts are terrible...we all know they don't really dress like that and since when was it the spirit of Top Gear to hi-five each other after a challenge?? Looks lame and like it has too much attempted-reality tv scripted in...there is no replacing the original!
Hopefully these guys will be a little more subjective than that windbag Clarkson...who spends most of his praising Jaguars, of all brands.

This makes me sad. I love Top Gear and this just looks terrible. I give it to Christmas. Maybe.
